Oh well, new WoE well and truly under way, not worried about the gain as I have had two blow outs over this past week due to family visits, fish supper and takeaway pizza. Have been IF since and slowly creeping down again. Apart from the 2 mega calorie days I have been keeping to my new WoE and thoroughly enjoying it. Trying to squeeze a daily walk in, but can be hard to escape when caring 24/7 for someone ... but it's worth it, I have my mum with me and she has all she needs/wants.
64.6 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
