Due to going out on a double date last night & eating a 3 course meal, despite all the exercise I did in the day and ate very little I ended up going back up to 12.2! Knew it would happen.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
