Yo-yo and then some.. Over 100kg in 2022 from lows around 80kg in 2019. August move to spain and on 7th day of fasting now. Can we get to 85kg and keep that? Sun helps, dr. Gundry 30 day meal plan after reaching 85kg. Not looking at scale only in the mirror. Lets go, this time for good.
100 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 23 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
