Well, I'm back from my recent trip to Paris where I got Covid and spent a week in isolation in a hotel room. Holding my weight okay and feeling very fit now though I did have a couple of bad days. Missing a week of my 2 1/2 week dream vacation really sucked but as the French say, "C'est la vie!"

I was sick in Paris a couple of years ago, pre-covid. I could still get around, but was a bit tired and not thinking clearly. I did manage to get the right bus and also not miss my flight, which I count as super-wins, in that situation!
