Down to 215.4 after a solid eating day yesterday and some nice exercise outside today. I feel much better today.

I wonder if the long driving and maybe that dinner in Ohio had some sort of food poisoning caused your troubles?? Either way happy to hear you are getting better !!!

Thanks Pam! I do suspect food poisoning or some bacteria. Or virus. Unfortunately I still had issues last night after a pretty good day.
