Had a bit of a brazil nut blip, so this is me back down, I just cannot resist any sort of kernals! I have been super lazy of late and need to get back to walking. I wrecked my trainers doing gardening (my only exercise), so new pair on order and good intentions set.
63.9 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
