hi all so a little warning comes to you all with this good weight loss. be careful about how you are feeling, if you have concerns consult a GP , my weight loss and fitness changes over 4 years has hidden an issue, just found out I now have a super low heart rate that needs urgent investigation. I am positive it's my BP tablets but it was scary do please guys keep on top of any other concerns you have x
91.2 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

if ur already on bp medication don't u get ur bp checked by the docs once a year? xx

exactly as above your Doc shld review all your meds annually - specially bp and any other 💊

I get you but, They did over text and that only took BP not heart rate and funny enough I did not know heart rate was an issue. Its no ones fault just what it Is
