You're keeping steady with good choices! That's so important for the long haul. I have one of those fickle scales too. I have to post my weight daily in order to log stats for a FS Challenge but I don't get on the scale. I just put the same weight everyday and only get on the scale my weigh in day. Even at that, this week I got on the scale 3x and got 3 different weights. One out of three showed a loss. That doesn't feel reliable to me. I just kept last week's weight and and moved on. Now I don't have to bother with my crabby scale again until next week :)
