This is a great loss considering I was 11st 1 3/4 lbs last Saturday 👍 going back to working out every day for some amount of time focusing on how good it feels rather than doing an hour session 3x a week. Calories 1550 daily but unlimited veg/ salad and some fruit to bulk up 😊
69.1 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
