Thank you :) Consistency is most important, try to change the way you think about food as well. Once you see a decline in your weight it spurrs you on. I started by eating well, smaller plates and I did lots of exercise walking, Youtube workouts, cardio and weights. Then I’ve mellowed out and just done walks for last month due to getting Covid, my holidays and the heat, but I’ve still managed to lose weight. I also bought a dress 1 size smaller to motivate me for my brother in laws wedding in 2 weeks. xx

I agree about consistency. For both diet and eexercise. There is no easy way. My problem is maintenance. I can get to target but as soon as I get there, I take my foot off the gas and weight creeps up again. I am sure that dress will fit beautifully in 2 weeks if you keep at it 😀
