One more pound to lose & I will have lost 2 stone since 8th April 👍🏼 Proud of myself for keeping on this weight loss journey.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
