Up again! Haven’t been on here in ages haven’t been tracking. Alcohol consumption up again. Have been thinking about starting again for a couple of weeks and today I woke up and said: Today! 🙌
82.3 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
