Yesterday was a lift day. I worked my lower body. I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 1105 kcal deficit // BF↓0.3% and is still out of range // barely missed Sleep Goal
69.5 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
