Yes it is 2 shakes a day and a lovely tea, my treats are 2 skinny whips and a pkt of quavers, just so I don't feel I'm missing out lol xx

Fantastic! I used it briefly about 15 years ago…just as a back up when I was busy and didn’t want an unhealthy lunch option at work. It was alright in the short term. Good luck 💕
