Been really ill with a mirgrain all last week then went on holiday. Gonna go slow into dieting as head isn't so good, can't over do.

96.3 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg. Still to go: 32.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
