I’m blaming it on the kitchen remodel still. There, I said it 😉

Thank you Jeff! Lol that is still part of it. Going grocery shopping now though and will try to get low cal foods that can be eaten without a kitchen

Do you not have access to your fridge (i.e. Is it unplugged)? Apples and bananas don't need chilling, nor do nuts and dried fruit (though these are a little higher calorie). Kind of limited if it's all pantry items and you want healthy, low-cal food.

Oh wait: pineapple, oranges, melons, mangos, pears, avocados, cherry tomatoes, the roots: potatoes, turnips, beets, plus squash (all if you move your microwave to a different room).

Jb yes I do have fridge and microwave in the dining room now so I really can’t blame the remodel entirely. Also the ninja foodi oven and steamer and the instant pot (though I haven’t yet learned how to use the instant pot, that is all my fiancé). Thank you for all the good ideas! I appreciate it. We do have a lot of mangoes from the yard. Honestly the real truth is that I have gotten too comfortable in maintenance and am stress eating again. :/ But my fiancé wanting to eat out all the time due to the kitchen remodel does not help.

I also am not planning or tracking well. I have been consumed with my new job and taking my goal weight for granted

You may have to eat separate foods. Could he bring home his own takeout and you fix yourself a salad at home? For stress I dance goofy in the living room or go for walks. Can't eat if I am exercising! Hope your situation smooths out.

A remodel is indeed a challenge! Sounds like you recognize you'll need to make some adjustments to stay on track. You got this!
