There are lots of factors of why I have gained another pound. Going to start eating poper meals not snacks and gilding to be more mindful of what's I'm putting in my mouth a why? I have gotten back into old habits 😡.
95.9 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 32.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.1 kg a Week

Everyone's different, but my weight can easily go up or down by 0.5 Kg in a day, for no obvious reason. I've (eventually) learned not to overthink it. Hope your mindful eating goes well for you.

Thankyou, I measure myself twice a week but there is a lot of factor involving my weight this week but I like analysing data and figuring out patterns and trying to see where I can improve and there where some unhelpful thinking going on over the weekend. I find it interesting the psychology but it was more of a pout than angry face. How are you doing? I notice that you like to support others by putting helpful comments on others people's journals but you don't seem to write about yourself much, but if you don't want to it's intirely up to you. I'm just curious and hope your doing well 😊.

Hi Eliza, I'm doing fine thank you. Plodding on slowly and trying to be consistent. Nothing interesting enough to write in a journal. Other people write such fascinating journals and it's probably too tempting for me randomly to interfere and write comments. I should probably be more selective. If you enjoy analysing data about your weight, you might think about putting your numbers into a line chart and adding a moving average trend line to smooth out those short-term ups and downs which don't really mean anything? I don't know how easy it is to export data from Fatsecret? Anyway, thanks for your comment and good luck with your journey.

Hey, glad your doing okay. Thankyou for the suggestion of doing a line chart. I actually do a line chart.
