Yesterday I worked in the yard. My Fitbit was out of service for several hours before I noticed and reset it. I think I did better than the results indicated. I ate under my calorie goal, exceeded my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 791 kcal deficit // BF↓.0.3% // missed Sleep Goal // Lift Day!!! (lower body)
