Down to 224.6 after losing a lot of the water weight I put on last week. I am starting to do the Warrior Diet, where I eat from a 4 to 8 pm window each night.
101.9 kg Lost so far: 45.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
