Shrimp and lobster pizza last night. 😋 Today I started a 10k garmin running plan as suggested by Asarver. The plan wanted me to start with a 9 minute “benchmark run” which I did and then ran 25 more minutes because I wasn’t going to be happy with nine. Tropical storm came by last night so yards are flood and frogs and herons are going crazy but thankfully roads are still navigable for running. Might actually go to the gym later, we’ll see! I want to but have so much housekeeping to do. Have a great day FS fam.
