Slowly titrating off a medicine I no longer need. Seeing some improvements (apparently I’m sharper/quicker without it) but a side effect of the withdrawal is wanting to eat eat eat and drink. I do also have more energy though and probably slower heart rate so my running fitness should improve too. I think it is already but it’s hard to tell yet. Not overly hungry anymore but when I lower the dose again I expect it. Thankful for FS to help keep me on track.
59.6 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats on no longer needing a medicine! It is certainly an important health goal, and I love how you have already noticed the side effects dissipating. Sounds like a fog that's lifting.
