I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday yesterday. We relaxed and enjoyed the day with plenty of food. I ate "Poorly" at 114% of my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 182 kcal deficit // BF is unchanged and is still out of range // missed Sleep Goal // Lift Day!!! (upper body)
69.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
