Piggy wrinkle my darling let me tell u what I’ve been having
Breakfast Hovis only one slice
One egg boiled or omelet some plain
Black coffee or boiled egg with grapefruit
The first couple of days I had Tesco thin roast beef one slice with hovis
Snack three hours later
Protein isolate 20g with water not milk
Some fruit one kind
Lunch : meat or chicken fish baked or roasted fan fried from fresh I eat organic due to weakening immunity 150g salad no oil in dressing just lemon juice
Dinner any form of Protein 100g max some greens or peppers cucumber etc
Plenty of water
One teaspoon of sugar per day no more
Some nights I finish lunch that’s it
Walking 20 min per day
I have one meal a week eat everything I want but no lunch if it’s dinner & so on basic is breakfast no lunch if dinner is a free meal good luck that is how I did it 😊

No problem….. Try Try
Breakfast
Oats 20-25g with Greek style yoghurt half a banana or a few Berries of your choice . Black coffee or tea with milk no sugar
Or
A slice of Hovis wholemeal bread slice one egg omelet or fried
Or
Boiled egg with one toast & grapefruit
Snack
Protein isolate ( Amazon)
20g mixed with water
If you went for option 2 or 3 for breakfast u can have one fruit snack three hours after breakfast
Lunch
100-150 g of protein salad & lemon dressing
With 50- 70g of carbs choice of potato or brown rice but I usually go for vegetables like okra beans etc
Dinner
Deli meat or chicken or any form of protein
Water 3 Litres
Note
I try to have organic meat chicken whenever possible no Alcohol that’s it my darling try try sorry can’t see what am typing so oh yes I try to go for walks as often as possible

I am just a night owl so I sleep very late my dinner is at 10 but u can adjust ur timing minimum 3 hours between meals 😊 my darling try try ❤️❤️
