Last 2 days I tried a new diet ( eating boiled eggs, boiled chicken breast, cucumbers,tomatoes, strawberries). It was 950 kcal every day. So, I lost 700 g. Now my weight is 101.5 kg -is the lowest weight in long time. I am feeling so happy, I am feeling so proud as not being able to exercise,being constantly ill with numerous illnesses, but still I have strength for healthier life.
