Up again! I have maintained for a while which was okay with me as I’ve moved house and have had no fridge/freezer whilst we wait for our floors to get done (now in!) But I’ve just been away to Greece on holiday so a gain was expected. Officially back on it today 💜
82.6 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
