HALF WAY THERE
Lost 5 kgs so far. It's going well. I was afraid I would find it hard to give up alcohol, (empty calories) but I am replacing it with bottles of water and cups of tea. It is a bit like giving up smoking really. There are still pangs. I have been going since May 9th. I am just hoping I can get down to my goal weight.
