Still struggling with nighttime munchies but know I can do better! Lost a pound but it's my own fault I didn't lose 2. Onward and upward!

Don’t buy stuff that would call your name in the late night. When you buy stuff you already sabotaged yourself because you know you will eat it.

I have the same struggle! 🙏 I've found recently strawberries are extra good rn if you like them they're real low in cal.
