this doesn't look as good as last week but combined is still a good weight loss. may have to change weigh in day to tuesday so that have a day to get over the weekend!
97.3 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 30.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
