Hi all my lovely friends
Well am so chuffed with the little drop 😊 so went for a 20 min walk wanted to push it but my ankles are swollen cortisone ( side effect) trying to be sensible I really am thankful for all the love & support ….so decided to reward my self with a free cheat meal eat whatever my heart desires so that’s lunch sorted late lunch around 7 pm …. That would be it for today maybe some protein later … Love u peeps xxx

congrats on the loss 👏 be careful making rewards food related! it's better to have rewards be non food things like lighting a candle and reading a book with a nice blanket 😄 otherwise it can turn into an endless circle: we exercised so reward with food, or we lost some weight, reward with food! I'm glad you were able to go for a walk 😊

Thank you everyone 😊 … I use my free meal as away to keep me on track otherwise will not stick with a healthy eating life style …. I bought three new dresses a pair of shoes & make up so it’s not all food related 😊 but I’ve. Come to accept my love of food it’s part of who I am … love u my lovely ladies & Gents xx

Oh Dagher ur one of a kind Sir supportive kind you are truly a real Gentleman …. I had my free meal with no guilt because the quantity was reasonable far less than one had anticipated before actually sitting down and enjoying the meal …. I had the Best Master Teacher the best He is my Hero so whatever progress achieved it’s thanks to Him Dagher 💖💖💖
