Hi Peeps
I'm just like a Yo Yo, I keep coming back again and again to the fat secret clan, the weight this time is off the scale and drastic measures need to be put in place ..... I had a heart attack in February this year which ended up with me having to have a stent fitted but consequently gave me an Angina problem ..... But Hey Ho, I can still wake up every morning and smell that coffee pot!!! Thank God ..... Since the Docs have tweaked my meds, and I'm a lot more mobile, everything is looking much brighter, so the mission can begin again to shed them extra pounds ..... Happy Days xxx
86.6 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh, that is scary. I hope you have a cardiac rehabilitation nurse? They can really advise on nutrition and exercise or refer you to other professionals.

Hi Anne, it was an experience I would not wish on my worst enemy, I have a nice guy called Mike at the hospital rehabilitation centre he wouldn't consider helping me in April until the Dr's got me stable with my blood pressure, chest pains, fatigue etc., to be honest I'm giving him a call on Monday to ask him to reinstate me back onto the 6-week program now that I'm feeling much better, ..... Touch Wood xx

Keep an eye on your mental health too, it can take a real dip after such an experience. Take as much help and time as you need. But great to hear things are stable and you are feeling better.
