Lowest I've been since October. Yesterday really wanted to comfort eat but didn't. I have manged to stop me snacking between 4-6pm however I snack after 10. I'm relieved for my weight finally comming down. 🙃
99.1 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 35.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week

This is another reason that I go to bed and wake up earlier, I head upstairs at around 7.30-8ish away from the kitchen..and watch my tablet or read till half10 b4 sleep, hopefully I'm too warm and cozy to get out the quilt and make the trip to the kitchen!

Thanks x, I feel like I'm finally moving in the right direction. It sounds nice to snug into the blankets and have a bit of you time. I think I just need to have some healthier snack accsessable. 🤔
