just got weighed at gym on the big industrial scales..my scales at home can't b too far off but happy to see another tiny bit of a loss!! woohoo
101.9 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 42.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
