I have been reading a book called love yourself to loose weight by Katie Lips. It not the best written book but there are good values. I know some people on here do not value and appreciate them selves.
Katie Lips also does instergram and Facebook only found this book yesterday but I felt compelled since someone mentioned about talking about mental health issues. As someone who has hated every bit about themselves for a vary long time I found it very impowering to love yourself 🥰 its like breaking out from your self made prison.I do not yet know if this book is great or good but it has the same beliefs that I do.
99.7 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 36.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
