Did a fasting Friday to catch up from the last weekend and several dinners out this week. The 225.8 weigh in was higher than a week ago but reflects a loss of about four pounds of water weight from a few days ago.
102.4 kg Lost so far: 45.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
