My first weight increase since starting this diet way back in April. Only a pound, but it's still a bit disheartening after weeks of continued weight loss.

Not going to fret about it though; on the contrary, am even more determined to lose weight and eventually reach my target by the end of September.
99.8 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
