Today was my knee surgery. I am bandaged up from thigh to shin. Surgery was very simple; so far, no pain killers needed. I will weigh in on Friday or Saturday after I remove bandage...

Darwin! Thank you so much. Yesterday basically stunk...but today will be better. Yesterday was only tough because I tried to do WAY too much... gonna go much slower today. I will post all my food picks while I FINALLY work on getting my taxes done. It'll be fun, for sure. Lol😂

Morticia! Thank you so much! Let's hope so...I've found that since I can do zero exercise in the morning, I've been super hungry by 7am! This is causing me to go over my caloric budget. So today, I'm eatting more frequently, but fewer calories per snack or meal... we'll see!! Although tomorrow, when I get to take the bandage off and take a shower, I am getting a treat...
