not good after Easter. my weight up. fraid it's back to being more carefull. no more chocolate and loads of alcohol. I did so well before Xmas to put it back on again .
85.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
