Yesterday was a lift day and my last day of working with a trainer for a while.
We were still working on improving my movements to get better benefits from each exercise safely. I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. 518 kcal deficit // BF↑0.2% // missed Sleep Goal
69.1 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
