Yesterday was my regular lift day but I'm still coughing every now and then. I didn't want to start a panic at the gym so I decided to stay home and do some badly needed yard work at home. I ate under my calorie goal, and met my protein goal and all activity goals. 1415 kcal deficit // BF unchanged // Sleep goal met
68.0 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thanks, Slyone!!! We tested negative for Covid so we assume it's just allergies or colds...
