starting to feel a lot better now and clothes are starting to feel looser and better fitting, although the weight doesn't seem to be coming off... but who cares the sit ups are working! I'd prefer to feel great and be toned than whatever the scales say...although it would be nice for the weight loss to continue but that will come with time..onwards and upwards
