just gone in and submitted all my historical weights. I had mega takeaways last night, went back for seconds. but have logged what I ate, so it is what it is. I have to get below 90. a month or so ago I was on 89.something and the wheels fell off and I ate all the carbs for a couple of weeks and climbed back up to 92.5 silly girl. silly silly girl. slow and steady wins the race. be that turtle. be the turtle you want to see in this world. nng
