Day 59 and end of month two of my effort means that I'm 3.6kg lighter after a total 24000 calorie deficit.
BMI is now 23.5 and my belly starting to lose those final bits of fat.

2.4kg lost month one
1.2kg lost month two

Overall I'm really pleased but realistically it might take two more months to get down to 73kg and keep it steady.


Today I'm planning on conducting a test to work out my maximum heart rate it requires some hard running up hills and logging my pulse. Getting this number will help me set my running pace zones more accurately. After that more gardening. Also I'm not planning any dieting today in order to set myself up better for a parkrun in Saturday.
