It is clear as day now that regular calorie restriction with carbs and 5 day gym body pump workouts don't make any difference on the scale for me. Conclusion: back to keto I go. 🥳🥳🥳

I tend to stick to what I know works for me, with minor tweaks as I go along to keep it interesting. But, finding out what works for you can take a lot of trials and errors!
