Yesterday was my usual lift day but I was not feeling well. I have cold symptoms and a nasty cough. I did go to the gym to keep my appointment with my trainer to learn different machines and work on my form. I did little before or after my appointment with him. My eating wasn't very nutritious. I ate under my calorie goal, missed my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 466 kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% // missed Sleep Goal
69.0 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
