Day 58. I kept well on track 1782 Calories in and 2899 calories out giving a net deficit of 1117 - Should have been enough for a weight loss but unfortunately not and that's just the way of things. I will try for a 500 calorie deficit today and cross my fingers I can end the month on a low.

Yesterdays long run went really well it was my eighth half marathon since November 2021 my pace has been improving each time. On this route in that five months I have gone from 2hrs 25m to 2h 9m. I'm hoping I can break two hrs at some point this year.

Apart from the run I had a very lazy day. Below are a few pictures from a day out at Mevagissey a few days ago
74.9 kg Lost so far: 30.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Not everything is tracked only my runs and gardening get added to the activity and exercise by hand - The rest is averaged by the system.
