Day 52 After a brief hiatus I'm back to logging my calories. My weight is now the same as it was the on the first of March. I really need to step on it for the last days of this month. I'm going to try and ban my self completely from puddings and cakes till April.
Today I will be gardening again finally I might finish off getting the onions in and maybe a few potatoes. I still have lots of tiding up wood piles to do.
Running wise I am now in week one of a sixteen week plan running five days a week to get up to running a full marathon distance. I would like to try and condense the plan by a week then so I can try the distance on local roads before my birthday.
