Weight loss was a bit slow for a bit, but I've stocked back up on low fat and high protein foods, so should be easier now.
I also maxed out on the crunch machine last time at the gym! 68kg!
112.2 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
