Day 38. Some success - I'm averaging a deficit to around 430 calories this month compared with 510 last month.
My total deficit of calories so far in 38 days has been 18500 and @7700 calories per kg equates to a 2.5kg weight loss. I have lost 3.1kg so reasonably in line with those standard calculations.

Weirdly I am finding myself not especially hungry first thing in the morning and 30g of bran and 60g milk (120 calories) is plenty to tide me till lunchtime.

Weather forecast today is windy and rainy - Another day stuck indoors. I have plenty of things need doing like tiding my room or finishing one of several DIY projects but zero motivation.
