Day 36 and I'm somewhat back on track with a 700 calorie deficit.
My body seems to be fighting against losing weight at the moment, I'm back down the same weight that I was a month ago. It's a little dispiriting but I know I need to just keep on it. Today my two or three month plan to lose a chunk of belly fat is looking more like a five month plan. I do have several NSV's as my belly is definitely 10mm smaller from last month and my running pace and stamina has been improving each month since I have started. On yesterdays hilly 10 mile run I averaged 6:22 per Km.

It's really windy again so difficult to get out in the garden.
