Just checked my BMI with my new weight and it's 25....just in the healthy range....now I need to get down some more so I can be right in the middle of my healthy giving me some leeway...

Hooray...now to celebrate (without putting it back on!)
58.3 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
